T. Harv Eker – Millionaire Mind Intensive Honest Review

T. Harv Eker – Millionaire Mind Intensive Honest Review

Is The Millionaire Mind Intensive a scam?

Chances are if you’re reading this, you’re considering whether or not you should attend The Millionaire Mind Intensive (or more recently The Millionaire Mind Experience).

In this review, I’m going to share with you my 100% honest opinion about my experience attending this event for the first time in May 2016, in Montreal, Quebec.

I first came to learn about the MMI seminar after reading the famous book Secrets of the Millionaire Mind written by T. Harv Eker. In the book, Harv discusses how your decisions, habits, beliefs, and mindset are all correlated to your financial success.

If you haven’t read the book already, you can check it out here.

This book made a huge impact on me.  I really took the advice to heart.  So at the end of it when there was an ad to attend the MMI seminar for free, I jumped at the opportunity.  After all, the event was free… so I couldn’t see any harm in at least showing up.

The Millionaire Mind Intensive is a free, 3-day immersive seminar program that is run by a company called New Peaks™.

Hundreds of people show up to these events all over the world looking to better understand the minds of those who are extremely successful in both business and in life.

Some people who attend this event are just average people who are simply curious and passing by.  Some are established entrepreneurs with successful businesses.  Others are as broke as they come and are desperate to make a change.

The goal of the MMI seminar is help you master the inner game of wealth; that is your mind and its relationship with money.  It’s essentially a personal development seminar mixed with some sound business advice from some highly successful entrepreneurs.

Like I said, I have been a fan of T. Harv Eker since I read his book Secrets of the Millionaire Mind.  So naturally, on my first day I was pretty damn excited.

In fact, I was so excited I actually traveled two hours to go to the event and stayed in a hotel for the entire weekend.  I didn’t even think twice about doing that!

So let’s just jump right into each aspect of the event…

The individuals who speak at these events are highly successful entrepreneurs and business gurus.  Some of the knowledge and insight that they share is literally priceless if you’re a business owner OR someone who is looking to start their own business.

Our speaker for the weekend was Dr. Dennis Cummins.  I’m not going to go too much into his story or business, however I must say that I was absolutely blown away by him.  His passion for teaching others about business, marketing, and self-improvement truly shined through in his work on stage.

Not only did he share some extremely valuable business sense, but he really drilled home to me that the first thing you need to do to succeed is just to get started.

So many people are trying to do everything perfectly when they’re starting a business.  They don’t want to fail or look bad.  They always feel like they aren’t quite ready to take the leap of faith and just take massive action towards their goals.

Unfortunately, this means that when things do go sour (which they eventually always will) you aren’t going to be prepared to deal with failure or imperfection.

Dennis really pressed that if you’re waiting for the perfect time to make a move, you’ll be dead by the time it comes around.

Sometimes it takes someone to say something to you in a certain way for it to really resonate in your mind.  For me, this was one of those moments.  The perfect time just doesn’t exist.  We always think that there will be a time that’s ideal for us to make a move and we rationalize it to ourselves.

What’s more, you’re eventually going to fail.  It happens to everyone.  You can’t live your entire life being afraid of failing.  Otherwise, you’re not going to get anything done.

I’m going to give Dennis a 5/5 for being our speaker.

Dennis’s story was so inspiring and so was his overall mindset about life.  He actually wrote a book called Turning Terrible into Terrific: Changing Your Life at the Speed of Thought.

When it comes down to the actual meat of the content at the MMI, I can promise you that you will be receiving some very highly QUALITY information.  No matter what stage you are in your business, yourself, or with your relationship with money, I promise you will find at least some value in this seminar.

Just to give you a feeler of some of the topics that were discussed throughout the week…

  • Fostering good habits for success.
  • Mastering your emotions.
  • Releasing limiting beliefs, anger, and depression.
  • How to develop multiple streams of passive income.
  • Your ‘Money Blueprint’.
  • A simple, easy-to-follow system to managing your money better.
  • Multiple factors that are preventing you from making more money.
  • How to get rich by following your passion.
  • How to set goals and actually achieve them.
  • Multiple life changing exercises.
  • A lot more about yourself as a person.

One thing that comes to my mind immediately when I recall the value that I received from the MMI is some of the money exercises that we did as a group.

Two exercises in particular made a massive impact on both my relationship with money and my confidence in my abilities.  These exercise alone were what I believe to be worth the trip alone.

I’m not going to spoil it for you though. So if you want to experience some of this stuff for yourself, I highly recommend that you go for your own benefit!

*Now, it’s worth mentioning in this section that in between the content and exercises YOU WILL BE SOLD TO.

This is where I noticed many people had an issue with the event.  During the seminar, you will be pitched and sold to several times about different programs and products.  So if you’re the kind of person who doesn’t like to be sold to, you’re going to have a tough time making it through this event!

I actually enjoyed the selling parts of the seminar.  As a marketer, I’m always taking notes on how to influence and sell to others better (and you should be too).

Anyways, here’s my take on this whole selling thing at the MMI that had a couple people pretty upset…

The Millionaire Mind Intensive is a FREE event that delivers extremely high value content.  Going to the event, I expected for there to be some marketing.  After all, how else would they stay in business?  They’re supposed to make money!

I want to make something clear though for you.

The products that are being marketing and sold at this event are HIGH QUALITY PRODUCTS.  There is absolutely nothing about the stuff that you will be sold that are scams, not worth your time, or a rip-off.

And here’s some pro advice for all you hating on sales…

99.9% of 7-figure earners are selling SOMETHING.  If you have a problem with being sold to, that’s something that you need to get over if you have some healthy financial goals.  Your ability to sell well is instrumental to your financial success as a business owner.

Plus it’s not like they’ll be shoving this stuff down your throat.  They will make several pitches throughout the weekend, but if you aren’t interested, they won’t bother you!

So because of that aspect of the content, it’s hard for me to give it a solid rating that is universal.  In my opinion, I would give it a 5/5 no problem.  For others, the selling aspect of the seminar was a pretty big barrier for them to get over.

The first thing that I noticed is the energy of the event. The staff from New Peaks put a lot of effort into constantly making sure that we weren’t getting lazy or tired.

I felt like I was at a rock concert or in a night club. There was music, dancing, screaming, crying and laughter.  Everyone was extremely nice, supportive, and pumped up for the entire weekend.

This was a fantastic element of the weekend.  Even though I was feeling tired near the end of the day, I was able to stick it out just from the constant energy of the event.  For that reason, I’m giving this aspect of the Millionaire Mind Intensive 5 stars.

One of the best parts about this event is the networking. There will be some very successful people who will be sitting next to you. The opportunity to network with some of these people alone is a great reason to attend.

I met some very inspiring people throughout the weekend who helped me, and I also did my best to help others. I strongly recommend if you decide to attend this event, you bring business cards!

Just from the amount of connections and like-minded friends I made from this event, I am giving the MMI 5/5 stars for its people.

For all 3 days, the MMI runs from about 8AM in the morning to 9PM at night.  I was very impressed at how punctual they were with the beginning and ending of the seminar each day.  We were quite a large group so my hat goes off to them for being able to pull that off.

In terms of the length of the day, you need to be prepared for sure.  By the end of the day you’re going to most likely be exhausted both mentally and physically.  Personally, I didn’t mind the long hours very much because we had lots of different activities and breaks.

Like I said earlier, the content is amazing so I really didn’t mind staying for the entirety of the event throughout the day.  The inspiration and excitement I felt through the event was what carried me through the length of it.

However, I thought I would mention this as I did get some feedback from other attendees I was talking to who felt it was much too long.  For that reason, I’ll give it a 4/5 even though I think the schedule was fine.

If you aren’t very passionate about the content in this seminar, you might find the hours to be a bit much.  Be prepared, assess your commitment, and be motivated!

I was really surprised by the amount of free stuff that was given away at this event. Throughout the weekend, New Peaks gave away multiple programs and products as door prizes!

And just for showing up, I received a free T shirt, wrist brand, and MMI work booklet.  Not bad!

  • Fantastic speakers
  • Great content
  • Energetic environment
  • Great network opportunities with others
  • Punctual start and end times
  • Free stuff

  • Lots of advertising and selling (if you don’t like being sold to)
  • Long event hours

Overall I would say that I would highly recommend The Millionaire Mind Experience to anyone who is looking to make more money, or increase their mental wellbeing.  If you have any thoughts of attending, just go.  You’ll be happy you did!
